Rough & Tumble
Sports preparation program for boys
K - 5th grade

Develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, eye-hand and eye-foot coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, safety falls and more.

Small Classes
8 max - grouped by age (grade)
K & 1
2nd & 3rd
4th & 5th

Try It, You'll Like It
Boys who participate in gymnastics related activities during the formative years have a better chance at being "good athletes" later

This program is NOT aimed at getting boys to be gymnasts - just better athletes. We recognize the fact that a lot of parents do not want their boys to be competitive gymnasts. On the other hand most parents do want their boys to be physically fit i.e. Muscular, Coordinated, Agile and able to fall on the playing field without getting hurt. We have the perfect setting to develop these skills in our boys, and that is our goal.

Each Class Will Include:
1. Warm Up and Stretching
2. Upper Body Strength
- Climbing a rope
- Push-ups
- Dips on bars
3. Shoulder Strength
- Lots of handstands
4. Learning how to Fall - lots of Rolls
- Front, Backward, Side, Running rolls
5.Sprint Work
- Form, Speed and Power
6. Jump Strength
- on the Floor and Trampolines
